NOTE: Please read this Agreement carefully before using any segments of the Business Matters Accounting Solutions, LLC., (BMAS)  Website, and Blog (“Sites”). This Agreement applies to all sections of the BMAS Sites and all versions (Printed, Digital or Online). Your use means you agree that by using any portion of the BMAS Sites, you are bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, cease your use of this site and its components.

BMAS reserves the right to alter, modify, or otherwise update these terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such alterations, modifications, or updates, as long as you use the BMAS Sites. BMAS shall have the right to terminate your use of the BMAS Sites if you violate these Terms. BMAS can prohibit the use of this site, but this is never based on gender, race, color, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, physical, or mental disability.

Permitted Uses: Permission is granted to read and print pages of the BMAS Sites and for the purpose of considering services from BMAS.

Restrictions: Except as expressly permitted in this Agreement, you may not, in whole or in part, reproduce, copy, disseminate, sell, distribute, enter into a database, use for commercial purposes, or use for e-mail or other solicitation any contents of the BMAS Sites.

Any other distribution, retransmission, use, or modification of the information, whether in electronic, digital or hard copy form, without the express prior written permission of BMAS is strictly prohibited and is punishable under the full extent of the law. BMAS will exercise all legal remedies available to enforce the terms of this Agreement and to prosecute violations.

The use of profanity, flames, inappropriate merchandising, blatant self-promoting, and spamming are not allowed on any area of the BMAS Sites. BMAS has the right to refuse for publication any articles, posts or content they deem unsuitable for inclusion in the BMAS Sites at any time and can likewise remove any content at any time without notice.

Use is not service: You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of this site does not construe professional guidance or service from BMAS. BMAS can, at its own discretion and if a situation warrants it, decline to provide service to an individual or organization and permanently block access to this site.

Complete Agreement: This constitutes the entire agreement with respect to the use of the BMAS Website and/or Blog.
